Install Be Happy To use this app, you need a Java app. Drag and drop the java app file (xxx.jar) to the Be Happy Window. I used File Explorer Java App here. The filename is FileExplorer.jar. A xxx.jad file will be created then–FileExplorer.jad

It's easy, fisrt install Java Runtime Environment (BeHappy requires JRE to run) from here  http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html

-Open BeHappy, drag and drop jar file to the window and click sign.

-You will a signed jad file and jar file of the app as output.

Yes,
BeHappy is a java app (for pc), so it requires JRE to run.
