The Huawei Mate 40 to borrow Mate 20 X's stereo speakers

Huawei Mate 40's leaks are starting to pick up speed as the next-generation Mates' October launch nears. The latest one is all about the loudspeakers.


Interestingly, the Mate 40 may reuse the highly-regarded Mate 20 X's loudspeakers as the leakster suggests that the future Mate 40s have the same symmetrical speaker grilles at the top and bottom side of the frame. This info might be enough to conclude that the same features will be available on the Mate 40, including the Dolby Atmos tuning.

Of course, the tipster doesn't go into details so only the holes might be the borrowed part and the Mate 40 may use better, more advanced drivers than its predecessor.

The best we can do for now is to wait for more info to pile up to paint a fuller picture.
