Trivia Quiz winner money

Hello,

I was Trivia Quiz winner once (11/10/2017) and participant (correct answers) four times (06/10, 13/10, 16/10 and 18/10).
I have received Participant money three times (20 points) and I am expecting one for 18/10.
However, I have not received the Winner's prize for 11/10.
Can the Section Moderator please look into this?
