Honor V6 5G tablet to arrive next week

Honor is going to have a massive announcement on May 18 - we expect an Honor X10 smartphone, a new laptop, a TV, and now, apparently, a tablet might be on the cards. An Honor account posted a teaser on Weibo, revealing a slate called Honor V6 which will be the first one with support for 5G and Wi-Fi 6.


It won’t be a rebadged device, since the teaser reveals a front-facing camera on the long side of the tablet - this is more likely the body of the Huawei MatePad 10.4 with one of the 5G Kirin chipsets.
