This joke came around on Whatsapp.

A Minister visits a village and asks the villagers if they have any problems.

One of them got up and said, "Yes, sir. We have two major problems".
Minister, "Please let me know what they are and I solve them for you".

Villager, "We have a hospital, but no doctors. We need some doctors to be posted here so that we get medical aid".
Minister pulls out of his mobile speaks into it for a few minutes and proudly declares, "I have instructed the concerned people to take action immediately. Now tell me what is your second problem?"

The villager coolly says, "We dont have mobile connectivity here"
