Help needed to resolve a UC Mini browser issue

Hello, I have been using a older version of UC Mini browser apk (10. 9.8) as I have no interest in a feature heavy browser as I mainly use the app for browsing the internet. However after some issue occurred with the Gmail app when I activated the speed mode after I had wiped out the data of the UC Mini apk which led to the flashing of the unable to download the attachment message to 5-6 times just after I had activated the speed mode simultaneously. After this occurred the browser has been unable to upload the webpages in the speed mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried out various versions of the apk but the problem still persists. A similar issue occurred when the browser crashed while I was opening a saved web page and after that all the webpages of the particular website and any other similar sites were rendered inoperable and I am unable to open the saved webpages of the sites in question to this day even after I performed a factory reset of my device. What is the problem here and how do I resolve it?
Whenever I try to open a saved webpage of some particular sites I get the following message
File could not be uploaded because:
net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
Please suggest a solution to me.
