Which online store do you prefer? Amazon, Flipkart or Others?

The past year has seen the rivalry between Amazon and Flipkart further intensify. From funding to shopping extravaganzas, the e-commerce behemoths went all out to outdo each other.

As the competition intensifies, especially during this festive season, please vote which online store do you prefer? May please give reasons for your choice in the replies also.

I prefer Amazon for the exemplary customer service.  FK was good earlier but of late my experience has not been that good.

I recently had a very bad experience with amazon, when I bought a amazon fulfilled product .. without me receiving the product the status showed delivered .. I contacted the amazon customer care .. they listened to me all OK .. but it took them around 2 weeks to confirm the fault from there side .. I got my money back though within a month but it was a very frustrating experience with amazon for me .. also I have seen that flipkart offers broader range of products at least when it comes to clothings .. and also some times a bit less costly ..

I prefer Amazon due to their range of products as well as very good service. Amazon also has an advantage over Flipkart due to their dedicated section of e-books which are available for reading through their Kindle Unlimited subscription as well as outright purchase.

I personally find Amazon to be better because of their good customer service. More often than not, the customer care response was better in Amazon. Flipkart does need to invest more in quality of customer care.

I prefer Amazon for their prompt delivery and wider choice. Especially with their prime, its a whole package in itself.

I have faced issues with Flipkart in terms of delivery dates and they take too long to deliver
