Can someone guide me please? Why can't I participate In discussion here neither I can reply . I am a newbie I understand but there are lot many newbie participating without credit and online hours as 0 . I am also unable to understand why my reading request getting disapprove inspite of posting the way it has been directed. I didn't find any other way but to post here only .

You can participate in sections such as Free Zone, Dashboard, Android, etc. and in some Groups. You must accumulate at least one share of 10 threads or posts (replies also count) and also have 5 hours accumulated online.
And assign a profile image (avatar) to your user account.
