Downloaded Book not opening.

i am facing more than one instance of a download not opening

eg.

More specifically, the EPUB from the first URL doesn't open. Did you use the Report button on the upload posts?
Interesting that with 206 downloads of that eBook, only 3 people have shown appreciation by using Rate button.
