Coincidentally, I have been doing a retrospective on the old laptop of old Guru Dutt and Dev Anand movies and having the most wonderful time! I get the movies directly from youtube. I could stream them if I want, but I don't like streaming, if only to avoid the ads. And also, I like to have the movies offline. They don't take up much space either when I get them at 360p resolution. (Not that I am assuming that you don't already know this. But here goes nothing.) Google "download from youtube" and the first two entries it brings you are "savefrom.net" and "keepvid". Both intuitive enough. Follow instructions. You can either download entire movies, if you are lucky, at the resolution you need, or you can get the songs - most of them should be there - download them as MP3 (instead of MP4 for movies), and voila! |
