Why my credits points not increasing

As per forum credits rule "Total score=PostsX0.5+DigestsX10+Online Time (hours)/3", ,
but it is observed that i m online for more then 3 hours daily, but my credis score not incresing.
pl clarify and suggest if i am doing something wrong.
