Hi i am unable to add avatar, so I didn't apply for reader, can u help me

I faced the same problem when I tried to change the display picture. However, when I accessed the site through my mobile and opted for the mobile version of the site, the option for uploading image became available.
So, If you haven't tried this, please do and see if it is of any use in resolving the problem.
