Could not upload

After entering the details about the books, when I try to upload the books through atachment symbol., there is an error message "Cannot save the attachment file".Actually it is only epub and mobi version of the book with jpg image of the book.
Hence the information about the books is still in Restore mode in the page. Pl help.
