Silent Hill movies are great movies, so I'm with you on that one. But I didn't like the Prince of Persia and NFS movies.
I recently saw the Rampage movie (one of my favorite childhood games was Rampage) and I liked it as a standalone good movie, not as a game-related one.

To tell you the truth. I liked Prince of Persia the game as a child before it became a hit on the big screen, so I guess I am a little biased there.

At the time even the game was easier and more child friendly than many have become today, I wonder if the version I was used to is still around today.
