It is because how we educated, we have to question ourselves whether we are really educated or just we know how to write and read. We need to accept the changes from our own house, how we treat our mother and sisters will matter most to abolish this male centric society. Where right education in society will accept the changes

If there is a serious demand made and action taken then things may change quicker. Otherwise, it will be gradual and slower.

It is not that things will stay the same, it is just that it will take time. It depends on how hungry viewers are for change and what they are prepared to do to force Bollywood to become different.
