John Grisham - His legal thriller are awesome

J. K. Rowling - All the way Fantasy

Sudha Murthy - Pleasure to read for its simple story telling and descriptive of the Indian life and culture

Jeffrey Archer. He was pretty much top of the charts but he took it to a different level altogether with the Clifton Chronicles. Super!

I've always enjoyed reading Jack Higgins -- my no. 1 choice
Then there is Daniel Silva, Jeffrey Archer, Anand Nilkantan, Amish Tripathi, Lee Child .... the list goes on I guess
