I don't really look at it as Indian or Foreign, as long as the book is good. For me the test is the first 20 odd pages, if I don't find it ineteresting I don't continue

I find Indian authors desperately trying to ape their foreign counterparts. These include Arundhati Roy and V.S. Naipaul. When will they start having their own identity and style?

I mostly like indian authors but i read foreign authors too.

I like Indian authors more...because most of their writing sometimes seems to have a connection with our life and society.......I am able to connect better with such writing
