Just download thepackage, extract it somewhere in your computer (or flash drive) and doubleclickKEmulator.exe to start it.(You must be logged in as Administrator.) Click Run,if asked by UAC.

If you have 32bit OS, then download the x86 offline .exe installer.

Or if you have 64bit OS, then download the x64 offline .exe installer.

No, but I don't hink it will work on Kemulator.
Whatsapp for nokia phones was dependent of certain APIs, which were only availbale in new generation nokia phones.
Infact whatsapp didn't even worked on older generation nokia phones, so I don't think it will work on Kemulator either.
