How to I add myself to reading room group....I am an avid ebook reader...?

It's so confusing how to add myself.....UC forum was very easy...

Please help..

As per the updated rules, newbies are not allowed access to the reading room unless they have a total of 7 active hours online and a minimum of 10 posts, among other requirements. Once you qualify, you can request access.
